The CLE team has been working with stakeholders in Connecticut since 2019 to analyze enrollment, service provision, and funding trends in charter schools. Their goal is to develop tools and resources that will help students with disabilities easily access and succeed in charter schools across the state. The following collection of resources is intended to assist charter schools, nexus district personnel, and parents of students with disabilities.

Connecticut Special Education Reimbursement Recorded Webinar for Charter Schools

This recorded webinar provides best practices, templates, tools, and hands-on practice with accurate invoicing of Connecticut resident school districts for special education and related service costs. This is the first in a series of two trainings to support Connecticut charter school Special Education Directors and Finance Directors with setting up and maintaining accurate and effective invoice processes and systems.
