The Center for Learner Equity (“the Center”) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that students with disabilities have equitable access to a high-quality public education.

The Center provides research, policy analysis, coalition building, and technical assistance to a variety of stakeholders across the nation. We work hard, we have a good time, and we care about doing what is best for kids. We value a positive, encouraging, and mission-driven work environment and embrace a deep commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion, both internally and externally. While keeping the students we serve at the center of our work, we recognize that we do better and stronger work when we are a diverse coalition of leaders. Therefore, we seek to build strong and inclusive communities, welcome diverse backgrounds, and value multiple perspectives.
