On September 30, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education released extensive guidance, entitled Return to School Roadmap: Development and Implementing of Individualized Education Programs in the Least Restrictive Environment under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
This webinar was hosted by Wendy Tucker, CLE’s Senior Director of Policy, to discuss the guidance about the critical issues facing schools 18 months into the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics included:
- Barriers to obtaining a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for students with increased health risks due to COVID-19
